rental from the beginning, every single order goes through an
extensive quality control procedure. ACAV retains a competitive
edge by constantly focusing on the satisfaction of our customers.

Inventory:
ACAV has one of the largest and most current computer
and audio-visual rental inventories Nationwide. Our
strategically located warehouses allow us to service every major
convention center in the United States. For those locations
outside our delivery areas, we can ship equipment direct to
your business or to your event site.
ACAV Clients:
ACAV provides services for corporate rentals,
trade show and event rentals nationwide. ACAV
delivers to most convention center and meeting venues. We also
have considerable experience with corporate and litigation
rental requirements. ACAV has computer and audio-visual
rentals and service in every major city Nationwide.

A
special note about personal rentals - Although ACAV
looks forward to providing top-notch equipment and exceptional service
for your corporate and business rental needs; we do not rent equipment
for the following: personal use, home-based-business, students,
independent contractors, or any residential location.
- If you have a student
going to camp, college, med school, seminars;
- If you are going on
vacation, on a cruise, or traveling abroad;
- If you have a special
event, such as a Wedding, Anniversary celebration, Funeral, Birthday
or Private Party and need rental equipment,
We cannot assist you.
For events, we suggest you work with your event planning firm, caterer,
florist or venue.
- We do not offer rent-to-own
options.
- We do not have equipment
for purchase.
- We do not permit our
equipment to be taken outside the USA.
Due to the high instances
of fraud, we no longer accept calls from Relay Operators unless
we first receive our completed online Quote Form, allowing us the
opportunity to verify the legitimacy of the caller, company and
request. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any
time. If we cannot confirm the existance and legitimacy of a business,
we will, at our discretion, discontinue communications and refuse
service. If a customer lies to, makes threats at, or attempts to
bully our employees, we will immediately refuse further service
or communications. All email requests from free/generic email services
(i.e. @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.) will be assumed
to be personal rental requests unless a company name, address and
phone are included with such request. Personal rental requests will
receive a statement of our rental policy and no quote will be provided.
