Finding the right printer for the job can be overwhelming. Today the choices are numerous, from InkJet to LaserJet; Black and White to Color; duplexing, networkable or all-in-one printer/fax/copiers. ACAV has a full inventory of printers, including the latest from HP. Whether you need one high speed black and white laser printer rental, or 15 color laser printer rentals; rental printers can be an excellent solution for your short term need. Either directly connected to a computer or networked, if you know your network settings, ACAV technicians can configure rental printers with the needed IP and gateway information.

Color LaserJet Printers – These printers are fantastic when color prints are required, they offer brilliant color with the stability of a laser print.

All-In-One Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax – These combination office machines have come a long way, but can still be problematic when attempting to use all features. They tend to work well as a printer/scanner or as a copier/fax, but there are few available that work well for all features. These units are made for use with a stand alone computer and will not function on a network.

InkJet Printers – These printers typically are inexpensive, but tend to burn through ink cartridges quickly. InkJet Printers are not widely available in the rental industry due to their low cost and limited demand.

Wireless Print Servers
If flexibility is required, consider renting a wireless print server. This is a great option for temporary wireless networks.
